Can I order a keychain to be a phone charm, or vice versa?
Usually, a product is made as a keychain if it will be on the heavier side. However, if you contact us through the form in the sidebar (or e-mail us at [email protected]) with your order information we will be happy to change one or the other to your preference.

Can I order more than one of a specific product?
Because of the nature of how we procure charms and materials, most things listed on the shop are one of one. Otherwise, inventory will be advertised on product listings.

Do you ship internationally/outside of the U.S.?
Our advertised prices reflect average shipping costs for domestic U.S. orders. However, a shipment may be arranged if you contact us directly through the form in the sidebar or e-mail us at [email protected].

What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
Please note we are not responsible for packages once they get to the post office. You will receive a tracking email once the label is created, and will be dropped by at the post office either 1 or 2 weeks from the label creation date. I usually post on my instagram story @silverjellyshop once I ship out a batch of orders. If you run into a problem, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to open a case with the post office. 

Out of my 300+ orders, I have probably only run into 1 or 2 times where an item has genuinely gotten lost due to the post office. Please remember it is mainly just one person (me) running this business, and things happen with the mail that are out of everyone's control!
